How did you first get into music, and which band became your first real obsession? I first got into music through my step-father who was an artist based in monterrey, mexico. it wasn’t until i was 3 when i first started writing short songs on a cheap piano gifted by my mom. As I got older I started getting more into emo music and my favorite band growing up was green day/my chem.

How did you discover HC, what pulled you in, and which band served as your gateway? I’d say Turnstile specifically, their Glow On album put me on to the genre, I would play along to all of their tracks and was heavily influenced when I started out playing drums I started a band To Each Its Own about 3-4 Years ago, we started off originally being a punk band having only listened to old school and modern punk rock until later we had a friend of ours audition to play guitar who was very much into hardcore, Having played alongside him, my best friend Jack put me on to Kublai Khan which was my gateway into hardcore.
